About Pradhan Sir
"We are three brothers and three sisters – everyone is teacher at the level of School, College or University. I was a resident boarder of Ramkrishna Mission Calcutta Students Home, Belghoria in my college life. I have completed M.Sc. and Ph.D. from University of Calcutta. I joined in St. Lawrence High School, Kolkata in 1980. I have worked upto 2016 and retired from St. Lawrence on 31st December, 2016. Apart from academics, I had active participation in various events of ST. Lawrence High School especially Golden Jubilee in 1987, Diamond Jubilee in 1997, Platinum Jubilee in 2012. I have great pleasure to work with many Jesuit Fathers like Fr. Wavril, S.J, Fr. Bruyllant, S.J. and others. I joined as guest teacher of Biology in Nava Nalanda High School (H.S. Section) in 2009. After my retirement from St. Lawrence High School, I have been working in Nava Nalanda as a teacher of Biology. Nava Nalanda is celebrating golden Jubilee in 2017 which I have been enjoying very much.
Pradhan Sir is the author of multiple books of Chhaya Prakashani on Life Science.
Presently he is writing books for Calcutta Book House.

I am regular student of Pradhan Sir’s Tutorials & appeared in several Mock Tests designed by him, which made it possible to get 95% marks in Biology in West Bengal Higher Secondary Examination, 2017.
